Return policy

Please refer to the corresponding policy relating to your location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke items that are made to order, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our nearest location (see below).

***SWIMWEAR***

We understand that finding the perfect swimwear can sometimes be a trial and error process. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy for our swimwear products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of swimwear if the hygiene seal is still intact. We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, and we’re here to help if you have any questions or concerns!

At Iberica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy for new, unused or unopened items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@iberica.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At Iberica, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. In accordance with the EU Consumer Directive, we offer our customers the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the purchase. If we fail to provide this information to our customers, this right is expanded from 14 days to one year.

If a product is faulty or doesn’t look or work as advertised within the timeframe of the legal guarantee, we take full responsibility. Our customers have the right to ask for repair, replacement, price reduction or full refund without any charge (for postage, labor, material, etc.).

We will process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation. However, we may delay the refund if we haven’t received the product or evidence of the return.

At Iberica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act of 2015, we offer our customers the right to return an item and request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.

If you’ve bought goods online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you additional rights to cancel your order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve informed us. We must refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
