Small Pottery Grater Plate – Brisa

Bring a fresh Mediterranean feel to everyday food preparation with the Small Brisa Pottery Grater Plate, handmade in Spain and finished in beautiful turquoise and blue tones.
Compact but surprisingly versatile, its textured ceramic surface makes it easy to grate garlic, ginger, nutmeg, chocolate and citrus zest directly onto the plate. Add olive oil, herbs, spices or other ingredients to create fresh dressings, marinades, sauces, dips and pastes with minimal preparation and mess.
Unlike traditional metal graters, the ceramic surface won’t oxidise ingredients or alter their flavour, helping preserve the freshness and natural character of your food. Its small size is particularly handy when you only need a little freshly grated garlic, ginger or zest for a recipe.
Inspired by traditional Spanish pottery, Brisa is as beautiful on the table as it is practical in the kitchen. Each piece is individually handmade and finished with cadmium- and lead-free, food-safe glazes, with subtle variations in colour and finish giving every grater its own unique character.
