How to use the Chorizo grill dish:
- First ignite sufficient charcoal or alcohol in the grill’s base. Alcohol used must be 100% proof to light successfully.
- Once lit, place scored chorizo on top of the griller and cooked as required turning occasionally.
- The chorizo pig grill is heat resistant and suitable for use at the dinner table. We recommend placing a wooden board or insulated mat underneath when using the chorizo grill around other diners.
The chorizo grill cooks the skin around the chorizo giving off a beautiful BBQ aroma.
