Experience the vibrant fusion of flavors with Gin T’s Sao Tome Chocolate. This exquisite chocolate, made in Portugal, combines the rich taste of São Tomé chocolate from Ecuador Chocolataria with the unique flavors of gINT Rubro, featuring notes of fig bark, nutmeg, and juniper.
The entire process, from planting to the final transformation of cocoa into chocolate, is meticulously controlled. The initial stages of cocoa treatment - fermentation and drying - are carried out in São Tomé. The transformation continues in our factory located in the heart of Porto, Portugal, where we craft our bean-to-bar chocolate.
This product is a testament to the “king” ingredient that our dedicated work and the earth provide. Cacao Ecuador — Roça de Santo António, Lda. collaborates with the Portuguese brand Chocolataria Ecuador, founded in 2009, to ensure vertical integration of the entire fine chocolate processing journey, from plantation to chocolate.
With strong ties to Sao Tome and Principe, Cacao Ecuador takes pride in its independence from the massive global chain of cocoa bean marketing. Enjoy this unique offering from the Portuguese chocolate brand Gin T, inspired by the flavors of São Tomé.
