Fleur de Sel with Chilli Peppers

Turn up the heat with Salmarim Fogo Fleur de Sel, a fiery Portuguese finishing salt combining delicate, hand-harvested fleur de sel with an aromatic blend of locally sourced chilli peppers.
Harvested by hand in Portugal's Castro Marim Salt Marsh Nature Reserve, Salmarim's delicate fleur de sel crystals are infused with a bold blend of malagueta, habanero, bhut jolokia (ghost pepper), Carolina Reaper and aji chillies.
The result is an intensely flavourful chilli finishing salt that brings both saltiness and heat to savoury dishes – with just a small pinch needed to transform your food.

Portuguese Fleur de Sel with a Fiery Kick

Fleur de sel is prized for its delicate crystalline texture and is best added at the end of cooking, where its flavour and texture can be fully appreciated.
Fogo takes traditional Portuguese fleur de sel in a decidedly hotter direction. Sprinkle sparingly over your finished dish to add an immediate burst of chilli heat and enhance the natural flavours of your ingredients.

Hand-Harvested in Portugal

Salmarim's fleur de sel is traditionally harvested by hand in the Castro Marim Salt Marsh Nature Reserve in Portugal's Algarve.
Fogo is made using locally sourced ingredients and contains no preservatives. It is also organic and non-GMO.
