Pink Hibiscus Daiquiri

Create a vibrant, aromatic organic cocktail infusion for any occasion with this carefully balanced blend of Portuguese botanicals. Bright citrus notes from lemon are complemented by floral hibiscus and the gentle, warming sweetness of fennel, resulting in a refreshing yet complex flavour profile.

To prepare, add 500 ml of your preferred spirit—gin, vodka or rum—and allow the ingredients to infuse for 6 hours. Once infusedGourmet, strain to remove the fruit and botanicals, leaving a smooth, flavour-rich alcohol ready to serve.
Enjoy simply over ice for a clean, elegant cocktail. Once prepared, the infused alcohol can be stored for 3–4 weeks in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator.
